Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times

Orders are fulfilled through our distribution partners. Please allow the following estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

       US & Canada: 7–15 business days

       UK & Europe: 10–20 business days

       Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

       Rest of World: 10–25 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed while your package is in transit between facilities. This is normal and does not necessarily indicate a problem with your shipment.
