Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, wrong color, missing parts), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. For items with missing parts, we will ship the missing components rather than a full replacement. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item to an address we provide.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item or size are accepted; however, a restocking fee of 15% may apply, and return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Replacements
• Replacements are subject to product availability.
• If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
• For items with missing parts, we will ship the missing components rather than issuing a full replacement.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are unable to process refunds or replacements for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If your package is held at a local post office due to an unclear address, you may need to contact your local post office to arrange pickup.
Product Descriptions & Variations
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to differences in screens, lighting, or manufacturing. These minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items (indicated on the product page)
Important Deadlines
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• For domestic orders (United States), orders that have been delivered and not disputed within 45 days of the dispatch date are no longer eligible for review.
• For international orders, orders that have been delivered and not disputed within 60 days of the dispatch date are no longer eligible for review.
